Also, while I have my regular job, and activities, I have started an collaboration on new project, called "Orientalist", with Djordje Milosavljević,( Writer/director/ for:

1999 - Wheels
1999 - Sky Hook
2001 - Natasha
2001 - The absolute 100


Unfortunately this"project", or simply said, an idea, remains unfinished. Here, I will put some preparatory sketches and three finished pages.

  Comme ça, pour résumer pendant que je suis encore de bonne humeur, beaucoup d'impressions et de beaux événements tout au long du festival de BD Herceg Novi, qui a accueilli de nombreux auteurs étrangers et nationaux célèbres et intéressants de cette région, cette fois aussi ... De nombreuses nouvelles rencontres et connaissances avec des auteurs de bandes dessinées et des collègues, ainsi que l'ancienne bonne équipe d'organisateurs, et les plus méritants: Jovan Subotic, Nebojsa Mandic, Vladimir Simic, et des équipes organisées de jeunes filles et garçons bénévoles, qui avec leur énergie et leur gentillesse aident et sont présents au festival... c'est le plus général, et surtout, je suis dans la chaleur.:).. d'abord l'ouverture du festival, les remarques d'ouverture et les expositions d'invités spéciaux dans l'espace de la galerie Josip Bepo Benković, où l'exposition de Marko Đeška "Stripocalypse" pouvait également être vue au sol, e...

Retro 2, Pressing

In early nineties,(1991/2-1993/4) I've started to work on comics, and illustration for magazine"Pressing", magazine for the students population in Niš. This are some of, almost all of illustrations and cartoons. Some of them I still like a lot, for example parody on popular comic in ex-YU, "Mirko&Slavko", http://www.rastko.org.yu/strip/1/strip-u-srbiji-1955-1972/img/nikad-robom_img.jpg. Also there was one page where appears almost all people who work in editorial offices, except the editor at this time. This is page called Tora, where I present also graphic and production editor(passed away in 2005.)Zlatko Ristić-Paya, who's influence and help was of great importance for me at that time. Here I present those two pages: Mirko &Slavko, and Tora, published in two numbers(as far as I remember February, and June 1992.)

back to Orientalist

At first,pencils for Orientalist, seems to look better than final product in ink. I may say, that I was completely lost, and that I have no idea where to go(literally). The one of the many reasons for this, between long period for working on this pages, was that my primary style is "big foot" style, or French style in comics, funny, and cartoon.
