First and last class

Two old pages work from 1995, written by Đorđe Milosavljević, at first it was idea to publish it in a weekly newspaper magazine for Canadian Serbs, then never published. After that period I soon started to work on Max Debris, for a long term and many years.
Style not defined yet, that is why characters of two kids looks so different...

In early nineties,(1991/2-1993/4) I've started to work on comics, and illustration for magazine"Pressing", magazine for the students population in Niš. This are some of, almost all of illustrations and cartoons. Some of them I still like a lot, for example parody on popular comic in ex-YU, "Mirko&Slavko", http://www.rastko.org.yu/strip/1/strip-u-srbiji-1955-1972/img/nikad-robom_img.jpg. Also there was one page where appears almost all people who work in editorial offices, except the editor at this time. This is page called Tora, where I present also graphic and production editor(passed away in 2005.)Zlatko Ristić-Paya, who's influence and help was of great importance for me at that time. Here I present those two pages: Mirko &Slavko, and Tora, published in two numbers(as far as I remember February, and June 1992.)

back to Orientalist

At first,pencils for Orientalist, seems to look better than final product in ink. I may say, that I was completely lost, and that I have no idea where to go(literally). The one of the many reasons for this, between long period for working on this pages, was that my primary style is "big foot" style, or French style in comics, funny, and cartoon.
